Four Horn (Jacob Sheep)

The Four-Horn are noted for having four to six horns instead of the normal two. There is question on where they originated from as they have appeared throughout historical paintings, the Old Testament and Hebrew Bible. However, they are now most common in the United Kingdom. Jacob sheep normally have a white coat with brown or black spots.
Male Weight: 120 – 180 pounds
Female Weight: 80 – 120 pounds
Horns: 2 – 6 horns ranging 12 – 30 inches in length
Gestation period is 5 months where it is not uncommon to have twin births. Sexual maturity is reached at 12 months.
